How quickly can you send a technician?
For emergencies we average a 60-minute dispatch in central Dubai. Standard bookings are usually completed same-day or next-day depending on volume.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
All True Guard staff are background-checked, certified in their trade, and operate under our DED-licensed entity with full third-party liability insurance.
Do you sub-contract jobs?
No. Every technician is on our payroll, in our uniform and trained to our SOPs. Specialised trades work exclusively under our supervision.
Which areas of Dubai do you serve?
All of Dubai, plus Sharjah and Abu Dhabi for AMC clients. Common neighbourhoods: Marina, JBR, Downtown, Business Bay, Palm, JVC, Mirdif, Arabian Ranches, Emirates Hills, Al Barsha, Dubai Hills, Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim and more.
Pricing & Payments
Do you charge for inspection or quotes?
For most services, on-site inspection and quoting is free. Specialist diagnostics may carry a nominal fee — always disclosed upfront.
Are your prices fixed?
Yes. Every job receives a written, itemized quote before any work begins. There are no surprise charges, hidden fees, or pressure to upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all major credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and corporate invoicing for AMC clients. Payment links sent via WhatsApp/SMS available.
Do you require advance payment?
No advance for most service calls — pay only after the job is approved. Major works (>AED 5,000) may require a 30% deposit; AMC plans are billed annually or quarterly.
AMC & Contracts
What's included in your AMC?
AMCs cover scheduled servicing (AC, plumbing, electrical), priority emergency response, repair discounts and unlimited handyman labour on the Premium tier.
Can I switch or cancel my AMC?
Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. We refund the unused portion pro-rata, less any visits already used.
Do you offer commercial AMC contracts?
Absolutely. Our Commercial tier is fully tailored: SLAs, named coordinator, monthly walkthroughs and reporting dashboards.
Emergencies
What counts as an emergency?
Anything that risks safety or causes ongoing damage — burst pipes, electrical hazards, AC failure in summer, sewage backup, broken locks, security failures.
What's the after-hours surcharge?
Standard out-of-hours surcharge is AED 150–250 depending on time and location. Premium AMC clients pay no surcharge — ever.
